"And let us consider how to stir up one another to love and good works, not neglecting to meet together, as is the habit of some, but encouraging one another, and all the more as you see the Day drawing near..”

Bible Studies & Ministry Events
At HPBC, we love studying the Word and applying it to our lives in a real and impactful way. We also love developing the fellowship of the Christian body through events and outreach, welcoming everyone into our church family as we pursue Christ together. Please look below for our present roster of studies, events, and opportunities to plug in. We look forward to sharing in this Christian walk together with you!

Ladies' Bible Study
The book we will be studying this fall is 'Living Like You Belong to God' – a 40 Minute Precept Book.
Can others see that you belong to God? Come explore the beauty of holy living. Living in such a way that it's clear that you belong to Him.
Cost for the book is $11.50. Books will be available to purchase the first day of Bible Study. All are welcome!

Men's Bible Study
Join us this September as we launch into a new study on the book of Daniel. Good discussion and fellowship and a great way to connect with with other men in a smaller group setting. There is no cost and all men are welcome!

Young at Heart
Young at Heart's mission is to give God thanks and praise through faithful fellowship and outreach within a 50+ community. We meet at the church on the 4th Thursday of the month from September through May for a delicious hot lunch and guest speaker.
All are welcome to join us for our first Young at Heart lunch on September 25th at 12:00pm. A sign up sheet will be available at the Information Desk on September 14th and 21st.

Men's Breakfast
Join us on September 20th at 8 am in the fellowship room for a time of connection, discussion and a time in God's word, while we enjoy a hearty breakfast together.

Young Adults
HPBC Young Adults gathers on the last Friday evening of each month to study the Word and chart out new adventures for fellowship and growth. To get hooked up to the communication chain for our Young Adults events, don't hesitate to send Pastor Alec an email at

Book Club
By popular demand, book club will continue into September! The book we'll be reading is "Tactics" by Greg Koukl. We'll meet at the church to discuss the book one evening during the last week of September - date and time to be confirmed soon. A sign up sheet is available on the Information Desk and you can provide your feedback on which of two dates works better for you. If you need help acquiring a copy of the book, it can be provided.
